ONLINE PAYMENTS

The Homeowner's Association is pleased to now offer a online payment option for home owners to pay dues and late fees electronically. 
Online Payment Instructions & Information
  1. To pay yearly dues, select "Annual Dues" below and then select a payment option.  The quantity box on the right can be used to pay for multiple years.   Enter the property address as the "shipping address" so the payment can be properly credited. Please note there is an additional $18.00 administration fee to cover the costs for the association to provide this service.  The total payment due will be the $500.00 yearly dues amount plus the $18.00 fee for a total of $518.00 per year.  
  2. To pay monthly late fees, select "Late Fees" below, enter the number of months in the quantity box,  and then select a payment option.  Enter the property address as the "shipping address" so the payment can be properly credited. Please note there is an additional $1.00 administration fee to cover the costs for the association to provide this service.  The total payment due will be the $15.00 monthly late fee amount plus the $1.00 fee for a total of $16.00 per month. Late fees are paid separate from the annual dues.
  3. To pay for a replacement key card, select "Replacement Pool Key Card" below and then select a payment option.  The quantity box on the right can be used to pay for multiple cards.   Enter the property address as the "shipping address". Please note there is an additional $1.00 administration fee to cover the costs for the association to provide this service.  The total payment due will be the $25.00 replacement amount plus the $1.00 fee for a total of $26.00 per card.
  4. Complete the payment information on the payment page and submit payment.  Enter the property address as the "shipping address" so the payment can be properly credited.  All payments are processed through PayPal.  All credit and debit cards accepted by PayPal will be accepted.
  5. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for payments to be credited to the property account.
