OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE

Information

1. This space was the site of the previous two tennis courts. 
   
2. Due to the extensive repairs and cost required to return the courts to adequate condition, the board has decide to move away from tennis courts and look to repurpose the space for other uses.
   
3. After much discussion the board had decide to take the following steps:
   1. The net will be removed from the first court, and the surface repaired as much as possible to provide a smooth area.
   2. The second court surface will be completed removed and replaced with grass.
   3. Future improvement and uses of the space will be discussed at future board meetings. 
   4. In the short term, the space will be used for neighborhood activities, such as outdoor movie nights.
   5. Residents are welcomed and encouraged to use the space whenever activities are not going on.
