POND & GREENWAY

Pond

Our neighborhood pond is located just off Campbell to the north side of the pool.  The pond is maintained by the New Mark First Pool Association and the members of the community. 

Greenway

The greenway is a strech of wooded and grassy areas which stretch from the pond near Campbell down to 96th Street and is land owned by the New Mark First Pool Association.  The New Mark First Pool Association provides for the trimming of the grass and trees along this beautiful area.
