In accordance with the authority granted in the Association’s Covenants and Restrictions, we hereby notify the members of a special meeting of the Association to be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 in the Parish Hall of Holy Family Catholic Church (919 NE 96th St, Kansas City, MO 64155) beginning at 7:00 pm.  Notices have also been mailed to each property and should be received this week.

The January meeting minutes with information on the special meeting and proposed assessment has been posted here.

As the board has been receiving lots of questions about the proposed assessment so the document below has been created to better outline why the assessment is being considered with the details of the plan on how those funds will be spent.  

The next board meeting will be 7pm, Sunday, January 14th at the club house.
