The board has decided to move forward with replacing the pool gate access and keycard system by the start of the pool season this summer. The board is currently in the process of soliciting bids for a new system. If anyone has any experience with these controlled access systems or knows where we could find good suppliers please let the board know. Once the bids have been received the board will discuss the options in an upcoming board meeting.

We have made several updates to the website over the past few weeks. There are new sections with information about the dues and a section to report neighborhood concerns to the board. We have also updated the contact info for the accountant and attorney.
The newsletter from last fall along with the financial statement from January of this year have also been posted. We are getting closer to being able to post this information in real time to get the residents better, more current information for the HOA. |
