The annual board meeting was held tonight with 3 executive board members, 2 board of director members, and 3 residents in attendance. Here are the results of the elections:
Omid will remain on for the rest of his term as President.
Mike Thomas was elected as the Vice President. Mike had been on the board of directors but has moved to the executive board to be more involved with the HOA.
Fernando Marquez was re-elected as Secretary.
Roxanne Weaver will remain on as a board member.
Brian Bonebrake was elected as a new board member. Brian has been involved with the development of the new website and email.
All of the board of directors members are expected to remain on for a second term, and a replacement will be announced soon for the vacancy left by Mike Thomas moving to the executive board.
Top items for the board to address this winter/spring will be the replacement of the pool gate/lock system, replacement of the pool chairs, and repairs needed to return part or all of the tennis courts into working condition.
