The annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday, November 13th beginning at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse. The main topics for this meeting will be the election of executive and board of directors members (to open positions) and a review of the proposed budget for 2017. If you have a concern with accessibility to the clubhouse for this meeting, please reach out to the board and we will explore options.
There will be a number of positions open for election so we would encourage anyone interested to contact the current board with questions or interest. We would like anyone interested in holding an officer position (President, V. President, Secretary, Treasurer) to reach out to [email protected] ahead of the meeting with your name, address, applicable experience (if any), and goals for our community's future. This will give us the chance to get prospective members up to speed on how the board works and answer questions ahead the elections.
