The information for the vote on new covenants and bylaws at the annual meeting in January went in the mail this evening so look for it this week. The board included a proxy form and an absentee ballot if you would like to cast your vote in one of those fashions. The absentee ballot needs to be notarized or will be considered invalid. The final version of documents we are voting on are available here for the Covenants and Restrictions and here for the Bylaws, or we can provide a hard copy on request.
The board did pass a budget at the December meeting that is negative enough to eat up most of our reserve in 2020 so we would like folks to come to the meeting to discuss that as well. We are always looking for some new board members and those votes will be done at the January meeting as well.
