Pool - The start of season maintenance on the pool is nearly completed and the pool has been filled with water. Chemical treatment of the water is planned to start soon. Currently everything seems to be on track for an opening during Memorial Day weekend. However, he official opening date will not be set for a few more weeks to make sure everything continues to come together as planned.
Key Cards - The electronic gate latch has been replaced and a new controller system is being purchased to better mange the key card system. This should provide the HOA with a more current and reliable access system this summer. Pool key card activation dates will be announced soon. Members will be required to have an activated card with a 2015 sticker to use the pool this summer.
Pond Trash Can - The trash can near the pond has been cleaned and capped for now. A new frame has been order and should be in place by the time the pool openings. The trash can will be opening during the summer months, and then come fall we will remove the lid and re-capped the cap to close it during the winter months when no one is available to empty the can.
Spring Clean Up - A date will be set for a spring clean up to pick up trash around the pool and pond.
