Hello all!
We are waiting for a new shipment of key cards which we should receive today. Provided we get those in today we plan to have someone available for key card sign ups at the following times this week:
Sunday, June 12th 12pm-12:30pm
Sunday, June 12th 7:30pm-8:30pm (following monthly board meeting)
Thursday, June 16th 6:30pm-7:30pm
Sign up are in the basement office at the club house, enter through the front door. Please bring you key card from last year or we have to change the $25.00 replacement fee. In order to be fair to everyone in the neighborhood the old cards are not allow to be used to access the pool, and they will not work with the new system.
We will do our best to try and schedule at least one sign up time per week through the end of June. Please remember that the board members are the only ones able to issue cards and the life guards are not involved with sign up at all this year.
In more good news, the baby pool is open!! We passed inspection yesterday so the baby pool can now be used along with the main pool.
And finally our monthly board meeting will be Sunday night, June 12th at 7pm.
