The pool key card registration for this summer will be on the following days:
Saturday, May 16th from 9am-12pm
Tuesday, May 19th from 6pm - 8pm
Thursday, May 21st from 6pm - 8pm
All registration will take place at the club house. Please bring your key card and proof of residency with you to the registration. All members whose dues are current will have their cards activated in the new system and will receive a 2015 sticker for the key card. If you are unsure whether your dues are current please contact our accountant before coming to verify your status.
Lifeguards will not be handling registration of the key cards this year, so please try to make one of the sign up dates listed above. If you are unable to make one of those times please email the board and we will do our best to make arrangements to help everyone get registered.
With the new gate access system in place this year the life guards will be verifying that members key cards have a 2015 sticker in order to use the pool. Those who do not have a 2015 sticker will be asked to leave the pool and contact the board to complete their registration. Please notify the board via email of any issues with the key cards so we can resolve those issues as soon as possible.
