Measure 1: Shall the Association approve the issuance of a special assessment to every property in the Association in the total amount of $700.00, primarily for (but not limited to) pool renovation. This will be payable either in its entirety on September 1, 2018 or in 2 installments with the first installment of $300 due on September 1, 2018 and the second installment of $400 due on May 1, 2019. Additional late fees will apply if the special assessments are not paid by the due date.
Measure 1 passed with 72 "Yes" votes and 27 "No" votes.
The ballots are being sent to the CPA as well for a second verification. We will post that verification as well once it is available.
The board decided to table voting on Measure 2 & 3 (Covenant Amendments and Dues) so the amendments can be presented in their official format prior to voting. These measures will be postponed and may be considered for a future annual meeting.
The board recognizes this is just the start to a long process towards renovating the pool, and updates on the progress will be provided during each board meeting and with each newsletter. Currently the plan is to complete the renovations during the Fall of 2019.
